Trenton has led national and global organizations through the icebergs of turnarounds, rapid growth, globalization, and private equity ownership. Trenton is a national leader in sustainability, and is firmly committed to corporate responsibility and community engagement.

At Trenton Harris Consulting, Trenton helps executives, owners, and investors fully realize organizational potential. You’ll discover the kind of diverse expertise in finance, strategy, capital, and leadership you would expect from a large firm, but with personalized service you can only get from a smaller consultancy. What makes his work different is how he fuses practical business needs with individual and team effectiveness to ensure lasting outcomes. Company owners turn to Trenton Harris Consulting to stabilize, optimize, and energize their businesses.

In joining the Reno Tahoe Winter Games Coalition, Trenton brings needed capabilities, and a wealth of talent and energy, to the mission – including a deep passion for the region, its economic future, and amateur athletics.
